The South shall rise again!
Southern Sudan, that is. Because a vote today by the black Christians and animists in the autonomous region of Southern Sudan could mean independence from the northern government dominated by Arab Muslims. But they are doing it the wimpy way when they could just unilaterally declare independence. The USA just up and split from Britain back in 1776 so how hard could it be?
