South Korea needs to get a Karcher onto Kim Jong-Il and fast!

Two months ago, the ROKS Cheonan was sunk. A few days ago, an inquiry into the incident concluded that North Korea was responsible. South Korea has taken the first step by suspending trade with the North but it's not enough. From previous experience, similar actions imposed against the governments of Myanmar and Cuba haven't worked yet, but force has gotten rid of Hitler, Saddam, and Ceausescu among several other tyrants. Even though I think war is wrong, Obama should withdraw American troops from Afghanistan and Iraq and have the entire army reassigned to North Korea (even reinstate the draft if they have to) because force is probably the only thing that communist tyrants like Kim Jong-Il will understand.
