Look at that poster. There are in fact two gripes about it: first off, the Arc de Triomphe is actually in France, not Romania. Also, the poster may be a gang symbol in disguise because of the blue colour and the word that the first letter in each of the four countries mentioned in this poster (China, Romania, India, and the Philippines) spells (CRIP). The poster might not even be in the Northern Hemisphere but what if that poster was on Bloods territory? There could have been a turf war over this poster and somebody could have been shot if this poster were placed in downtown LA.
