3-2 in game seven
The Giants did it yet again
Their third title in five short years
They are the rulers (rulers)
Kings of the MLB
The Giants, they rule (they rule, they rule, they rule)
Kansas City sucks big time
That's right, people. Madison Bumgarner punctuated one of the finest World Series performances in baseball history by pitching the San Francisco Giants to their third title in five years with a 3-2 win over the Kansas City Royals in Game 7 on Wednesday night. The big left-hander came out of the bullpen to throw five scoreless innings on two days' rest, saving a Series pushed to the limit. And by winning Game 7 on the road, Bumgarner and the Giants succeeded where no team had in 3-1/2 decades. But enough about that because a new study reports that drinking lots of milk could be bad for your health. Previous research has shown that the calcium in milk can help strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis. These benefits to bone health have led U.S. health officials to recommend milk as part of a healthy diet. But this new study found that drinking large amounts of milk did not protect men or women from bone fractures, and was linked to an overall higher risk of death during the study period. Bollocks. You can never have too much milk.
